In a partnership with The Hartford, XactPay is an integrated Workers' Compensation payment service that calculates insurance premiums for a Hartford Workers' Compensation policy, which the amount is then withdrawn directly from your bank account every time you run payroll through Net Pay.

The program offers a unique and hassle free approach to paying for Workers' Compensation insurance. Rather than paying for insurance up to a year in advance and tying up vital cash, premiums are paid as you go one payroll period at a time!

Import Files

Net Pay offers Accounting System Import Files for your Peachtree and Quickbooks accounting software. All that is required is your chart of accounts from your Accounting software and we will be able to generate the General Ledger entry for each pay period. This will eliminate the need to re-key information.

Also available are Retirement Plan files. These files are generated by our payroll system and will provide a detailed import file for you to submit to your 401(k) or other retirement plan provider.

Time and Attendance

SwipeClock is an online electronic time and attendance solution for all businesses, large and small. It combines the convenience of online access with the familiarity of a conventional wall-mounted time clock and PC for time data collection. Net Pay Payroll Remote - This software is ideal for those customers who have 30 or more employees. It is designed for you to handle all aspects of payroll processing.
